Have you ever wondered what we will be doing as a Solider of Yahusha HaMaschiach Or do you just think that once He comes back we will go to battle? Sorry to tell you but You are In War Right Now, my Brothers and Sisters!!!! Every Day is A Spiritual Battle for your Hearts and Minds. When You have your Full Armor of Yah on, Nothing Can Touch You!
Put it on because Here are Your Instructions on How to Use it!
Ephesians 6:11-17
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
OUR Messiah Christ/Yahusha States in
John 17:14-18
I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.
A Good Soldier of Yahusha/Jesus Christ OUR Messiah
2 Timothy 2
Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
5 And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.
6 The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits.
7 Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.
8 Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:
9 Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.
10 Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
11 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:
12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.
14 Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
17 And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;
18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.
19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.
22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
23 But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.
24 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
1. Do Not Entangle your self in Everyday Life
(vs.4)No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier.
2.We Suffer The Hardships
(vs3) Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
3. We Compete According to The Rules
(vs5) Also if anyone competes as an athlete, he does not win the prize unless he competes according to the rules. ( Please understand that this is used as an example not comparing being a soldier to an athlete but how in games which war is one- There are Rules)
4. Be first to Receive The Truth Then Give
(vs6) The hard-working farmer ought to be the first to receive his share of the crops.
Receive- G3335 μεταλαμβάνω metalambánō, met-al-am-ban'-o; from G3326 and G2983; to participate; genitive case, to accept (and use):—eat, have, be partaker, receive, take.
5. Understanding Comes from The Lord God Almighty
(vs7) Consider what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything.
6.Don't Struggle around with Words for it leads to Ruin of Hearers
(vs14) Remind them of these things, and solemnly charge them in the presence of God not to wrangle about words, which is useless and leads to the ruin of the hearers.
7. Present yourself approved to God as a Workman Who Is Not Ashamed to Handle the Truth
(vs15) Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.
8. Avoid Worldly and Empty Chatter: Among Them are Those who have been lead astray From The Truth & Upset the Faith of some
(vs16-18)But avoid worldly and empty chatter, for it will lead to further ungodliness, 17 and their talk will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus, 18 men who have gone astray from the truth saying that the resurrection has already taken place, and they upset the faith of some.
*Hymanaeus and Philetus
They taught that "the resurrection is past already," that there shall be no bodily resurrection at all, but that all that resurrection means is that the soul awakes from sin. This awakening from sin had already taken place with themselves, so they held, and therefore there could be no day in the future when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God and shall come forth from the grave https://www.biblestudytools.com/dictionary/hymenaeus/
9. The Lord Knows Who are His and Everyone Who Names The Name of The Lord is To Abstain from Wickedness
(vs19) Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal, “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Everyone who names the name of the Lord is to abstain from wickedness.”
Wickedness-G97- ἀδικία adikía, ad-ee-kee'-ah; from G94; (legal) injustice (properly, the quality, by implication, the act); morally, wrongfulness (of character, life or act):—iniquity, unjust, unrighteousness, wrong.
10. Flee from Youthful Lusts & Persue Righteousness, Faith, Love & Peace
(vs22) Now flee from youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.
11. Cleanse Self and Home From Idols
(Vs20-21) Now in a large house there are not only gold and silver vessels, but also vessels of wood and of earthenware, and some to honor and some to dishonor. 21 Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from these things, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.
12. Do Not Pick Fights, Be Kind to All Genital in Correction & The Lord God Will Lead them To Truth Releasing them from The Devil
(vs23-26) But refuse foolish and ignorant speculations, knowing that they produce quarrels. 24 The Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, 25 with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, 26 and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.
