The term "Holy See" refers to the supreme authority of the Church, that is the Pope as Bishop of Rome and head of the college of Bishops. It is the central government of the Roman Catholic Church. There were also several articles in the Lateran Treaty which gave directions on how matters of the Catholic Church were to be handled. For example, article 1 gave the city of Rome a special character as a “centre of the Catholic world and place of pilgrimage”; article 20 stated that “all bishops were supposed to take an oath of loyalty to the state and had to be speaking Italian language”; article 34 stated that “the state recognized the validity of Catholic marriage and its subjection to the provisions of canon law”; article 36 “which permitted religious instructions in public schools”, among many other articles.
Immediately after signing the Lateran Treaty, the Vatican state joined the Universal Postal Union and later used it to acquire international influence. 2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty G5062and two months.
And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

To Understand Revelation 13 we must break it down. I will be using some information others have written so you can clearly see that this is a Known Fact about the Unholy Roman Catholic Church...and so you can also spread the work of those who are doing Abba Yah's Will. vs 2 -The dragon (pagan Rome) gave its “seat,” or “see,” to the leopard beast (Papal Rome)
Papal Rome took the rulership following pagan Rome. A Roman Catholic writes:“ Long ages ago, when Rome through the neglect of the Western emperors was left to the mercy of the barbarous hordes, the Romans turned to one figure for aid and protection, and asked him to rule over them; and thus . . commenced the temporal sovereignty of the popes. vs 3-And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded
(the end of papal supremacy in 1798 when Napoleon dethroned and imprisoned the pope), and his deadly wound was healed (but then came the gradual reestablishment of the papal church as a political entity, beginning with Napoleon himself re-acknowledging the pope, then in 1929 with Mussolini restoring property and political status to the papacy, followed by President Reagan acknowledging the Catholic Church as a political state by the appointment of an American ambassador to Vatican City). This took place in 1798, when the French general, Berthier, took Pope Pius VI prisoner, and hastened him as a captive from prison to prison .He died in the French fortress of Valence eighteen months later. In1870, the papacy received another blow, when Rome was seized by Italy. The pope became a voluntary “prisoner of the Vatican.” Hence, in 1798,he who sent others into captivity went himself into captivity .But the deadly wound was to be healed. In 1929, the Italian Government recognized Vatican City as an independent state. The pope was again king. vs 4-So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast
(they put Satan in the place of God by attributing to God characteristics that actually belong to Satan by incorporating pagan beliefs into the Roman Church from the Roman Empire); and they worshiped the beast (gave allegiance to the papacy), saying, “Who is like the beast? (Is there any other power like the papacy, a church and a state in one?) Who is able to make war with him? vs.5- (John now loops back to the period of papal supremacy prior to the inflicting of the deadly wound). And he was given a mouth speaking great things (making high claim to speak for God) and blasphemies (defaming God’s character through its theological system of merit-based salvation, the mediatorial interposition of Mary, the saints, and human priests, as well as the horrific doctrines of eternal torment, purgatory, and idol worship), and he was given authority (political power) to continue for forty-two months (1260 years, from 538 to 1798). The beast spoke “blasphemies” (Revelation 13:5-6; Daniel7:25).By claiming to be the vicar of Christ on earth, and by assuming prerogatives that belong only to God, he “sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God” (2 Thessalonians 2:4). This is the very same power as the “little horn” of Daniel 7:24-25

vs.7-It was “to make war with the saints”
(Revelation 13:7; Daniel 7:25).Again we have a parallel with the little horn which was a persecuting power. (Family Bible Study)
It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them (the persecutions of the Dark Ages, during which at least 50 million people were martyred in the name of God). The First Resurrection is Now. If you are not found within the First Resurrection you will be judged and if You Are Not Found In The Book of Life, you will be sentenced to death.
