Understanding what you are fighting for is a must, your Soul is on the line and it's getting to be 11:59... if you are still unsure of who to trust or what to think then please take a read at this sermon and understand how things have been subtly changed to switch your perception of Abba Yah.
To better understand what your Soul is we need to understand that laws of matter, energy, or atoms.
The First Law of Thermodynamic
The first law asserts that if heat is recognized as a form of energy, then the total energy of a system plus its surroundings is conserved; in other words, the total energy of the universe remains constant, energy is always conserved, it cannot be created or destroyed. In essence, energy can be converted from one form into another.
Conservation of Mass
A principle stating that mass cannot be created or destroyed. This law states that, despite chemical reactions or physical transformations, mass is conserved — that is, it cannot be created or destroyed — within an isolated system. In other words, in a chemical reaction, the mass of the products will always be equal to the mass of the reactants.
John Dalton's Atomic Theory
Atoms cannot be created nor destroyed, and they are indestructible; they cannot be broken into smaller parts. This was based on the Law of Conservation of Mass. ... All atoms of an element are identical, in both mass and properties. Atoms of different elements have different mass and properties.
Now that we see Energy, Mass and Atoms cannot be destroyed what then is our Soul?
Genesis 2:7
And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. H5315
Here we see that Abba Yah transformed the matter called dust of the ground and with His Breath of Life, man became a Living Soul. Energy from Abba Yah in the form of His Breath converted energy into the dust transforming it. This is what will happen, but in Reverse After the 2nd Resurrection. All souls who Do not "make it" will be transformed back into the Universe as if they didn't exist. Abba Yah is Not a God of Torture. Abba Yah states in Ezekiel 18:32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.
Ezekiel 18:4
Behold, all souls H5315 are mine; as the soul H5315 of the father, so also the soul H5315 of the son is mine: the soul H5315 that sinneth, it shall die.

Definition of Vitality
Vitality is having the capacity to live and grow, or physical or mental energy or strength.

Our Soul is our Morals, Values, Character, our passions, and activity of will. The Question is Who's Morals, Values, Character and Activity of Will and Mind do you have? Is it Abba Yah's or is it this worlds? Is it your own you picked up from your best friend or is your soul one crafted by the bad choices in life? Is your Soul Really Living? Because if it is Not Following Abba Yah, your soul is under the Law of Sin and Death.
Soul-H5397-נְשָׁמָהnᵉshâmâh, nesh-aw-maw'; from H5395; a puff, i.e. wind, angry or vital breath, divine inspiration, intellect. or (concretely) an animal:—blast, (that) breath(-eth), inspiration, soul, spirit.

Genesis 2:7
And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath H5397 of life; and man became a living soul.
So again we see in Genesis 2:7 Abba Yah Took and Breathed into Adam His Soul in order for him to become a Living Soul. Who's Breath is with in you? Is it Abba Yah's or the angry mean breath that will cause you to be no more since Matter and Energy can only be converted. Psyche in Psychology means

Again, Who's Breath is Within You? Is Your Soul Living The Word of Abba Yah with His Breath or with the breath of this world?

Chai= THE WORD OF GOD
The verbal root of chay is chayah. Chayah is generally translated as living or quickened. As we have done with other terms, let's see how the Holy Spirit uses this term. The first occurrence, as it relates to humans, is in Genesis
Life-H2416- chay, khah'-ee; from H2421; alive; hence, raw (flesh); fresh (plant, water, year), strong; also (as noun, especially in the feminine singular and masculine plural) life (or living thing), whether literally or figuratively:— age, alive, appetite, (wild) beast, company, congregation, life(-time), live(-ly), living (creature, thing), maintenance, merry, multitude, (be) old, quick, raw, running, springing, troop.

Proverbs 3:1-2
My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: for length of days and long life H2416, and peace, shall they add to thee.
Man's life came from the breath of God. What is the breath of God? It is the Word of God!! Psalm 33:6, John 6:63. Right from the beginning we see that our life comes from the Spirit of God, the Breath of God, the Words of God. Let's get some more detail.

Genesis 45:7
And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives H2421 by a great deliverance.
Psalm 119:50
This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened H2421 me.

Ecclesiastes 12:7
7 and the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit H7303 returns to God who gave it.
Again what Breath Dwells with In You and Makes up your Mind? Your Heart? Your Morals, Values and Actions? This is a battle for your Mind Family!! and its time you woke up to that truth before it's to late and your soul is no more. People say they want to live forever, but they would rather be god than Obey and Follow Abba Yah the one True God. That's how satan and the other fallen angels did it, they didn't want to be themselves they wanted to be and play god. Don't follow the adversary because they will always Tell you what you want to hear and not deliver without a price attached. The only Price to Eternal Life is Obeying Abba Yah and His Morals, Values and Ethics, and who doesn't want to be kind, humble, loving, generous, forgiving, patient, hopeful...?
